**Responsibilities**:- Work with department managers to identify training & development need, compile and prepare Training Need Analysis- Develop Yearly Training Plan, coordinate and implement training plan with internal / external trainer- Collect, update, and maintain proper filing of training record, evaluation, certificates and related documents- Update employee training record and training hours timely- Plan, coordinate and organize orientation program, employee engagement activities and company festival celebration event**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience- At least 5 years of experience in training and development field- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skill- Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office- Knowledge of the HRDF claim procedure and other relevant legal requirements**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Training / HR: 5 years (preferred)
