**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Implement and supervise a comprehensive training program for all staffs to achieve Operations & Customer Service Excellence at all Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus outlets in Malaysia.- To identify and coach all staffs and managers for career advancement and building a strong and efficient operational Team force for the company.- To be in compliance on food safety requirement and to implement and train food safety system to meet with KKM and international standard.- To plan and prepare training materials of SOP manual, chart, training aids and more.- All training materials should be properly documented and updated to meet the ongoing training needs of the people.- To work closely with HR and Operations Leader on training for new hiring staffs and to make sure all staffs are provided with the required training within their level of requirement.- To have a training record of all trained staffs and to review periodically on their capabilities and skills for ongoing refresher training. The ongoing refresher training may arise whenever there is new appointment, promotion, products, SOP, equipment or change of statutory requirement.- To work closely with shop managers to support on-the job training for operations crew staffs focusing on customer service and products preparation. Have a proper checklist with the Shop Manager to have consistent follow up on crew staffs' performance and staffs' motivation.- To get ready for ad-hoc task.JOB REQUIREMENTS- Good communication skills, fluent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written).- Dedicated, proactive, responsible, attention to details and result-oriented.- Pleasant disposition, self-motivator, a team player, and able to work under pressure.- Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.- Strong PC skills including good knowledge in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel.- Possess own transport and willing to travel
