DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs in Kuala Lumpur.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in upskilling and empowering the workforce by conducting Product/Process/Soft Skill Trainings.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze training needs and create tailored programs to address skill gaps and enhance the capabilities of the workforce.
Lead a team of call centre trainers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance, address challenges, and discuss professional development.
Develop engaging and interactive training content, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training materials.
Deliver trainings that effectively communicate key concepts, improve job performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven improvements to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Collaborate with quality analysts, subject matter experts, and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of the training team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workplace training and assessment.
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within Education & Training or Workplace Training & Assessment industries.
Proven experience in training role within a call center / BPO setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs using various methodologies.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Proficient in using training and development tools, such as learning management systems, authoring tools, and data analysis software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
