The essential role of the Training Manager is to ensure that therapists are well-trained, treatments are up-to-date, and the overall quality of services meets client expectations and aligns with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and organize training programs to impart product knowledge and treatment skills to new recruits, including creating structured training modules and materials.
Ensure training effectiveness by monitoring and assessing therapists' knowledge and understanding of products and treatments.
Formulate and develop new treatments, protocols, and procedures.
Regularly update the training manual for the facial, slimming, and massage departments to ensure excellent service standards.
Stay updated on new products and treatments in the market to recommend improvements and ensure therapists are informed of new product features.
Source new machines and products for treatment needs by researching and evaluating options to enhance the range of offerings.
Coordinate with suppliers to arrange product training sessions whenever necessary.
Provide training results reports, monthly reports, or any ad-hoc reports to superiors.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry (sales and training).
Experience in skincare, hair care, cosmetics, and body care training at beauty salons/spas.
Positive mindset and enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
Strong commercial acumen combined with a drive for results.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
Possess a professional certificate (CIDESCO, MLVK, WORLDMASTER, CIBTAC, ITEC).
Malaysian Government VTO Beauty Teacher qualification is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
