**Responsibilities**:- Design and develop training materials, including curriculum, presentations, and training manuals- Identify and implement the appropriate training methodologies and delivery techniques- Deliver effective training sessions to employees at Operation level- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive training contents and experiences- Ensure the training programs align with company goals and objectives- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as presentations, workshops, e-learning, hands-on activities, etc.- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to maximize the learning outcomes- Arrange training venues, equipment, materials and coordinate with trainers or external vendors as required- Manage training budgets and expenses- Develop and implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of the training programs- Continuously improve the training programs based on feedback and industry best practices- Keep abreast of training trends and attend the relevant conferences, workshops, and seminars to diverse the training knowledge- Share knowledge and insights with the training team and key stakeholders- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities- Collect and analyse training feedback and evaluate the data- Generate reports on training metrics, effectiveness, ROI, etc. and present to management- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management**Requirements**:- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Food Service Management or any related disciplines- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in the related field- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills- Outstanding knowledge and experience in f&b, food safety, and operations- Proficient in coffee or beverages industry will be an added advantage- A valuable team player and able to work independently- Possess knowledge in Learning Management Systems- Highly motivated, energetic, and reliable- Additional Trainer education and certification will be a plus- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Must possess own transport and willing to travel as per assigned and when needed**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
