Training Manager/Supervising Manager

In this role, your contributions are key to our company's success.
Here's what you will do:
-Execute HQ-assigned tasks promptly and effectively.
-Collaborate closely with HQ and outlet teams to resolve any issues.
-Lead training sessions on SOPs, cleanliness, service standards, and quality.
-Supervise outlet staff to ensure full SOP compliance.
-Provide ongoing support and guidance to outlet team members.
-Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment.
-Take on additional duties as assigned by your superiors.
