Training Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will manage the administrative and operational tasks of our L&D programs and webinars, including participant enrolment, scheduling, logistics, participant communication, and record-keeping for better tracking.
This role is essential to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions and allows our other team members to focus on the quality of our content development, training additional speakers to meet the demands of clients, and OD consulting projects for additional revenue.
By streamlining these processes, the Program Coordinator will enhance the efficiency and overall client experience of our L&D and MHFA trainings, ultimately contributing to our business growth and client retention.
ResponsibilitiesSchedule program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program and set priorities for managing the program.
Ensure implementation of SOPs, policies and practices.
Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
Manage email communications and reminders.
Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.).
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
Support growth and program development.
Purchase or approve the purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the staff and program.
RequirementsExcellent time-management and organisational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and efficient.
Tech savvy.
Has experience preparing well-designed presentations and training materials.
Familiar with video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom and Teams.
Work in a diverse environment with people from over 10 countries.
