About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Training Specialist (Corporate Coach) to join our team at Sands Bosum Management Sdn Bhd in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
This full-time role will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the professional development of our employees.

What You'll Do:
Help SMEs Succeed : Provide coaching and actionable strategies to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) based on proven systems and your expertise in areas such as strategy, operations, leadership, HR, finance, taxation, or sales management.
Build Strong Relationships : Connect with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality services.
Solve Real-World Problems : Diagnose challenges faced by businesses and offer tailored, growth-driven solutions.
Support Training Programs : Collaborate with enrollment, consulting, and course teams to ensure smooth training sessions and maintain positive post-training relationships.
Stay Organized : Use our teaching management software to manage tasks and track progress.
Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with leadership on projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Age : preferred 30–45 years old
Education : Bachelor's degree or above.
Exceptional experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training or L&D role, in mid-to-senior management roles.
Skills & Knowledge : Expertise in any of these areas: strategy, operations, leadership, HR, finance, taxation, or sales management.
SME Awareness : Understanding of Malaysian SME challenges and opportunities.
Positive attitude and values.
Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping businesses grow.
Quick learner with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in developing training materials, including the use of relevant software and tools.
Ability to analyse training needs and design effective, outcome-focused training programs.
Experience in evaluating the impact of training and making data-driven improvements.
