ResponsibilitiesLiaise with the Head of Learning & Development Team to determine the training needs & sessions deliverables.
Support and deliver new employee programs during the induction phase.
Liaise with external parties/training providers to identify suitable training programs or courses for individuals/teams or the company.
Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and possible process efficiency improvements to production management.
Develop training modules, including curriculum design, course structure, in-class facilitation settings & activities, and evaluate & constantly update the training course according to feedback.
Maintain training records and other administrative records for management visibility.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement after each session by collecting feedback appropriately.
Understand the needs of employee training & be attentive to feedback, suggesting new sessions over time.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and colleagues from various teams to understand learning needs of employees across the company and provide ideas/solutions to improve and enhance their learning experience.
Schedule with trainers and communicate with team leads and managers of involved teams for internal and external training.
