Translator - Mandarin Speaker (Night Shift)

**Work Location**: Cyberjaya**Basic**: RM4000 - RM5000 (Upto RM7000 if have experience in Translator & Customer Service) + Allowance**Working Days**: 5 days (Mon - Fri)**Working Hours**:9PM - 6AM / 10PM - 7AM**Job requirements**:- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese & English- Skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing in Mandarin or Cantonese & English- Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures.- Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and skilled at exercising initiative within the parameter of company policies and procedures.- Skilled at keeping supervisors informed of problems or issues- Exceptional commitment to confidentiality- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships- Ability to operate competently common office equipment including, but not limited to computer, fax, copier, and telephone system.- Age group: 18-45 years old- Contract - 1 year renewable depends on performance**Job responsibilities**:- Provides meaning-for-meaning interpreting.- Follows interpreter protocols as per training, policies, and procedures.- Follows all policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.- Attends all required training.- Maintains confidentiality as policies.- Uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, copiers, and fax machines.- All employees are required to perform the following essential functions: demonstrate predictable, reliable, and timely attendance; follow written and verbal directions and complete assigned tasks on schedule; learn from directions, observations, and mistakes; work independently or as part of a team; interact appropriately with others including co-workers, supervisors, and customers; and work with supervision, receiving instructions/feedback.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduateContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
