Transport Coordinator

**JOB PURPOSE**- Manage and monitor 3rd Party Logistics provider as to ensure optimization of trucks utilization as well as to ensure delivery and collection are on time.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and maintaining efficient and economical transportation.- Ensure compliance and legislation relating to transport activities.- Assist in identifying actions and opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs & improve levels of service.- Ensure effective communication for both internal and external parties relating to transportation matter.- Lead and assist in system-based transportation module as to ensure functionality of the system.- Maintain and safe keep all safety programs and transportation records for the company.- Ensure all POD are returned by 3rd Party Logistics provider timely.- Ensure compliance of ISO, SOP, GSDP, GDP, GDPMD and GMP's requirements as well as the Zuellig Pharma's Code of Conduct at all times.- Ensure and maintain good housekeeping, 5S and EHS at all times.- Perform other duties as assigned as and when required by the management**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- At least one (1) year of work experience in the related field is required for this position.- Ability to work hands on.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
