Arrange daily schedules for drivers and trucks, including additional, urgent, and third-party transport needs.
Coordinate duty rosters, cleanliness, and both local and outstation deliveries.
Manage truck servicing, repairs, inspections, road tax, and monthly maintenance reporting.
Track fuel and toll expenses, monitor Shell cards, and compile monthly reports.
Oversee nonconformance product (NCP) and Good Return Form (GRF) handling, reporting to relevant departments.
Support new outlet openings, closures, and renovations.
Verify delivery orders (DO) and manifests for loading accuracy and maintain records.
Oversee morning/evening loading, and track DOs from drivers and third-party logistics (3PL).
Compile delivery failure records and submit for management review.
Submit GPS data monthly, compile distribution data, and generate regular reports.
Manage payroll and outstation claims for transport staff.
Monitor and ensure daily completion of EPOD for all staff.
Oversee key projects (e.g., Convenient Stores) and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with customers and transport teams to meet special requests and achieve monthly KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
Candidate possesses a minimum qualification: SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
Flexibility to travel and adapt as needed.
Good time management.
Cost efficiency and reliability.
Knowledge of forwarding processes, including import and export operations.
