Transport Manager

Do you love solving problems and making things run efficiently? Join our client's fast-paced logistics team in Kuching, Sarawak as a Transport Manager ! You'll be the key to keeping their trucks in top shape, drivers on schedule, and customers satisfied. What you'll do: Keep our trucks running smoothly: Plan checkups and repairs and ensure they always work their best. Manage drivers and schedules: Help drivers do their jobs well, plan their routes, and handle problems. Work with customers: Talk to them, solve their problems, and ensure they're happy with on-time deliveries. Stay safe and follow the rules: Make sure everyone follows safety guidelines and all the company's rules. Reports and teamwork: Share updates with the boss and suggest ideas to improve our delivery system. What will help you succeed: Always on time: Show up ready to work and finish tasks by deadlines. Good communication: Talk clearly with drivers, customers, and the team. Lead the team: Be a positive example and help solve problems fairly. Qualifications: Education: At least an SPM/Diploma/Degree (Logistics/Transportation or related field is a plus). Experience: 4-5 years of experience leading a team. Transportation knowledge: Experience with delivery planning, trucks, and driver management is preferred. Computer skills: Use programs like Microsoft Office for reports and tracking. Driver's license: Valid license and transportation must include GDL and E license. Cold storage experience: Understanding how refrigerated trucks work is a big advantage.
