Transport Planner

Responsible and accountable for the following tasks:- Planning delivery based on delivery date/requirement by customer by cut off time.- To ensure sufficient truck and driver for daily delivery plans.- To create job order for driver.- To issue Transport Request Order (TRO) for every shipment arrangement.- Liaise with agent, warehouse operation team for loading and gate out from warehouse together with driver arrangement.- Will be the window to communicate with related party for delivery of trucking (SGCD, Customer etc).- Will prepare the incident report which related to truck or driver - within 24hrs from the incident.- To update daily fleet utilisation report.- To update supply & demand report by weekly basis- To update and reply daily planning.- Other duties assign by superior.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
