Travel Customer Service Representative

At COOSERV TRAVEL TOUR SDN. BHD., we are committed to creating unique travel experiences for our travellers. Due to business expansion, we invite enthusiastic travel customer service representatives with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide customers with accurate and detailed travel product information through telephone, email, online chat, and other channels, covering details of travel routes, hotel and accommodation features, transport, and travel arrangements.
Tailor-make suitable travel plans based on customers' individual needs, such as interest preferences, budget constraints, and time planning, while recommending suitable travel products and services.
Efficiently handle customer booking requests, accurately enter relevant information, work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth booking process, and provide timely feedback to customers on booking progress and results.
Follow up on customer orders, handle order changes, refunds, and resolve problems and complaints encountered by customers before, during, and after travelling in a timely manner.
Collect customer feedback and suggestions, regularly submit relevant reports, and provide suggestions for the company's product optimisation and service enhancement.
RequirementsCollege degree or above, majoring in tourism management, hotel management, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent language expression and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers in a clear, cordial, and patient manner; proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus.
Good sense of service and teamwork spirit, able to proactively solve customer problems and collaborate with colleagues to achieve work goals.
Strong ability to resist pressure, able to cope with heavy workloads during peak travel seasons while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Skilled in the use of office software and customer service tools, with basic computer operating skills and network knowledge.
