Trucking Coordinator

**Responsibilities**- Acquire full knowledge of logistics pickup and delivery process- Handle and resolve arising operating issues- Ensuring the smooth operations of receiving, arranging, and coordinating the truck booking- Coordinate the drivers, carriers, and shipment- Coordinate the maintenance of the vehicle (Service, repair and Puspakom)- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, expenses, and other relevant information for reporting and analysis purposes.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns and ensuring that deliveries meet customer expectations.**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM or equivalent to SPM- Able to operate the computer and convert with MS Word and MS Excel- Possess a valid GDL license and be able to travel for work- Minimum experience of similar capacity of 3 years- Able to work extended or irregular hours**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Truck Driving: 3 years (required)License/Certification:- Driver's Licence (required)Expected Start Date: 11/01/2023
