About the roleWe are seeking a skilled Tukang Jahit Pakaian to join our production team at Walinong Sari' in Bagan Serai Perak. This full-time role is responsible for the sewing and assembly of high-quality garments to meet our production targets and customer requirements.
8 hours skill assessment will be conducted before we accept the candidate to work with our company.
What you'll be doing
Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch fabric components together accurately and efficiently
Prepare fabrics, trimmings and other materials for the sewing process
Inspect completed garments to ensure they meet quality standards
Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the sewing process
Maintain a clean and organised workstation to support productivity
Collaborate with the wider production team to meet daily and weekly targets
What we're looking for
At least 2 years' experience as a Tukang Jahit Pakaian or similar garment production role
Strong sewing skills and experience operating industrial sewing machines
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and sewing instructions
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
