TUTORS - SECONDARY & PRIMARY (ANY SUBJECT)Conduct classes for both Secondary and Primary levels following the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus.
Prepare and develop comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, handouts, tests, and examination papers.
Motivate students through enthusiastic and engaging presentations.
Ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students.
Observe and evaluate student performance to provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students thoroughly for examinations.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Stay updated with developments in teaching practices and methodologies.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate work effectively.
Organize and participate in social, cultural activities, and school events.
Undertake other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
Minimum of one year of relevant teaching experience.
Passionate and motivated to teach, taking responsibility for students' academic performance and progress.
Maintain an excellent attendance record.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in stressful conditions.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Must be able to work at Bandar Mahkota Cheras (Cheras).
