Tyre Man (Automotive)

Job Responsibilities:- Inspect vehicle tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
Perform tyre repairs, including patching and plugging.
Replace worn or damaged tyres with new ones.
Balance tyres to ensure smooth vehicle operation.
Rotate tyres to promote even wear.
Maintain accurate records of all tyre services performed.
Ensure all tyres meet safety standards and regulations.
Operate tyre repair tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and answer any tyre-related questions.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of new tyres.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tyre technologies and repair techniques.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Perform routine maintenance on tyre repair equipment.
Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Job Requirements:-  High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Tyre Man or similar role.
Strong knowledge of different types of tyres and their specific requirements.
Ability to operate tyre repair tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy tyres.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Valid driver's license.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
