Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE Job Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Direct the overall UI/UE strategy and execution. Ensure that all designs align with business goals and user expectations Collaborative Design Execution: Lead the visual design of the product interface according to the product positioning and demand, and cooperate with the relevant departments to promote and track the design effect and ensure the design landing quality based on user demands and business demands User-Centered Improvements: Conduct thorough user research and testing, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Use insights to drive design decisions and iterate upon existing interfaces Knowledge Sharing and Advocacy: Lead educational initiatives on the importance of UI/UE, share best practices, and stay ahead of the latest trends in mobile design. Mentor junior designers and help elevate team expertise Job requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in UI/UE, or a related field Professional Experience: Minimum of three years in a UI/UE design role, with a proven track record of successful projects in mobile environments Technical Skills: Expertise in design software such as Figma, and Sketch etc. Strong command of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability tests, translating findings into actionable design improvements Personal Attributes: High degree of creativity, empathy, and passion for design.
