Ui/Ux Designer

At VML, we are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design Concepts:Collaborate with designers and developers to create innovative and user-friendly design concepts for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.
Wireframing and Prototyping:Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and facilitate user testing.
User Research:Understand or can conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Design Systems:Understand fundamentals of the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
Collaboration:Work closely with design & product managers, developers, and other team members.
Requirements:
Education:Design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles.
Ability to create visually appealing and intuitive designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Experience with design systems and component libraries will be considered.
Keen to work on animation also a plus.
