Responsibilities:Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers, solutions architects, and developers.
Conceptualize and design innovative user-centric solutions through sketching, wireframing, and creating user flows.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and appear.
Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges, ensuring seamless responsiveness and usability.
Create and maintain consistent UI/UX design systems, layouts, and typography standards.
Conduct user feedback sessions and implement layout adjustments as necessary.
Support tender preparation and proposal design by applying research insights and conceptual designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to take features from concept to completion.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven portfolio showcasing projects, demonstrating expertise in mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
Strong foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, styles, grid layouts, and building design systems.
Familiarity with motion graphics fundamentals in a UI/UX context.
Detail-oriented with an excellent eye for innovative and practical design concepts.
Ability to work independently in a self-motivated environment with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with the game development process and production pipelines.
Familiarity with game engines such as Unity, Unreal, Playcanvas, or Construct 3.
Experience in web design.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Muse, or Animate is an added advantage.
