Ui/Ux Engineer

We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer in designing user interfaces and experiences, ideally with exposure to AI-driven applications or data-heavy environments.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in crafting seamless, user-friendly interfaces that make complex AI insights easy to understand and act upon.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the functionality and user experience of our AI-driven HSE monitoring platform.
Conduct user research, develop user personas, and map out user journeys to ensure a user-centered design approach.
Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
Work closely with AI solutions development team to ensure designs align with project goals and technical feasibility.
Incorporate user feedback and testing results into design improvements for optimal user satisfaction.
Maintain design consistency and create a cohesive look and feel across all platform features and components.
Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally working on AI, data-driven, or technical applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with prototyping tools and conducting user testing sessions.
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Ability to translate complex data and AI outputs into simple and actionable user interfaces.#J-18808-Ljbffr
