Responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive interfaces for applications running on the Windows operating system. This role involves understanding user needs, designing wireframes and mockups, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of the user interface and user experience design.
-Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the application's layout, navigation, and user flow. Iterate on design concepts based on feedback and usability testing.
-Develop high-fidelity visual designs that align with the application's branding and user interface guidelines. Create icons, illustrations, and graphics that enhance the user experience.
-Design the user interface components, including windows, dialogs, buttons, menus, and other interactive elements, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
-Organize application content and features in a logical and user-friendly manner. Design information hierarchies that facilitate easy navigation and task completion.
-Ensure the application's user interface adapts and scales appropriately across different screen sizes and resolutions for a consistent experience on various Windows devices.
-Define user interactions and animations that enhance usability and delight users. Ensure that interactive elements provide clear feedback to user actions.
-Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align the UI/UX design with technical capabilities and business objectives.
-Incorporate accessibility best practices into the design to ensure that the application is usable by individuals with disabilities.
-Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation that outline UI/UX standards and specifications for the development team to follow.

-Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
-Proven experience in designing user interfaces for applications, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
-Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability concepts.
