Unit Head - Direct Sales Team (Based In Johor Bahru)

-To supervise team in sell/promote Credit Cards and Aeon Member Plus Card product.


-To assist manager to plan marketing strategies, campaign and key initiatives for direct sales team.


-To ensure DS budget are met and responsible in ensuring region to be profit-oriented.


-To assist manager to recruit DS team and involve in recruitment process of direct sales staff.


-To monitor and review the team sales productivity and progress.


-To conduct post-mortem review on direct sales tam past strategies and campaign.

; Requirements:-  



- Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing or in a related field


- 3-4 years direct experience in Direct Sales Team.


- Capable of working independently and in a team, flexibility to work in

fast-paced, lean environment



- Proven track record of developing and coaching high performance

sales terms



- Excellent communication and presentation skills


- Mature thinking
