Job Title: Unit Head - Direct Sales TeamThis role involves leading a Direct Sales Team in Johor Bahru, overseeing sales strategies, managing budgets, and recruiting team members to drive profits.
Employment Type:Full-Time
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the team in selling/promoting Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card products.
Contribute to marketing strategy planning, campaign development, and key initiatives for the direct sales team.
Ensure the direct sales budget is met and maintain a profit-oriented region.
Support recruitment of direct sales team members and participate in the hiring process.
Monitor and review the team's sales productivity and progress.
Conduct post-mortem reviews on past direct sales team strategies and campaigns.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
3-4 years of direct experience in a Direct Sales Team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Mature thinking.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
