Job Summary  This role is responsible for leading, coordinating and supporting initiatives that foster relationships between university stakeholders and CFA Society Malaysia ("Society"), as well as leading the development and implementation of our training programs.
Responsibilities  • Educational Promotion: Promote the CFA Program as well as the other programs and certificates offered by CFA Institute and the Society
• Engagement Initiatives: Lead university roadshows, the CFA Institute Research Challenge, the Youth Ambassador Program, University Affiliation Program, University Newsletter and the Ethics Challenge.
• Training Program Development: Assist in the creation and development of training programs, content and strategies which includes administrative tasks
• Training Program Delivery: Leads in the planning, coordination and the implementation of training programs sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. 
• Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including but not limited to enrolment, student administration, claim submissions, maintaining records (collect feedback and insights to improve training effectiveness).
This role will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders, including but not limited to: 
Members, Institutional Partners, University Students & Partners, Employer Partners, Prep Providers, Government Agencies (Yayasan Peneraju, HRD Corp) and CFA Institute
Requirements & Skills  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office 
• Strong understanding of event planning processes, logistics, and execution. Experience in organizing both small-scale and large-scale events.
• Strong analytical skills including effective communication in verbal and written presentation skills. 
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and results oriented
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required
