Responsibilities:-

Get quotations for service / parts in accordance to Purchase Requisition receivedSource services / parts from existing / new vendorsPeriodically search for new vendors who can offer better quality products at better pricesTo issue our Purchase Order for top management approvalPrepare yearly evaluation on existing suppliersEnsure good received are in accordance to the Purchase OrderCompile and process orders (PR, PO, DO and supplier Invoice) to be sent to Accounts DepartmentPrepare expenditure reports (ie: tools and consumables, repair and maintenance costs etc) to ensure they meet budgets set up by top managementTo undertake other related jobs as directed by management from time to time
Requirement:-

Possess at least minimum diploma levelAt least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in purchasingAn analytical and assertive negotiator, possess strong problem solving skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood knowledge in ISO 9001 will be an added advantage
