Location:
Bukit Raja, Klang

Working Time:
Monday to Friday, 9am till 6pm
Saturday, 9am till 1pm

Job Scope:
1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all used cars,
including details on pricing, condition, and availability.
2. Assistance in Sales & Purchase: Assist Used Car Sellers and Buyers by
administering the selling and purchase of used cars.
3. Customer Contact: Contact customers directly to arrange collection and
payment.
4. Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for
vehicle sales, transfers, and registrations.
5. Valuations & Codes: Obtain valuations on used cars and issue Trade
Authority Codes as needed.
6. Reporting & Spreadsheets: Create spreadsheets for sales and generate
reports for used vehicles.
7. Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all paperwork is
completed accurately and on time.
8. Compliance: Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements and
company standards before sale.
9. Customer Service: Deal with any inquiries related to used cars and provide
support during the sales process.
10. Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for accuracy in documentation and report
any discrepancies.
11. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as
data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements: Minimum SPM or other related qualification, orDiploma in any business or management discipline.A minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Used Car Admin.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of automotive regulations and compliance is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
