**Job Requirements**:- Must have minimum 1 year of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.- Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and car ownership will be an advantage.- Excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.**Job Roles**:- Keep abreast of market developments and trends to ensure our products and services are relevant and competitive.- Ensuring management and execution of leads to meet sales volume KPI and develop high penetration rate in serviced areas.- Execution of sales processes to ensure hassle-free services for business partners.- To meet the Individual or Team KPIs set by the Management in line with company goals.- To work with any changes of process flow and implementation of campaigns from the management.- Servicing, and recruiting of new and existing Agents to explore new business opportunities.- Perform analysis and provide feedback on used cars pricing request based on vehicle market value.- Assist in car inspections upon request.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.- Work closely with various related departments in line with company processes and standards.To fulfil any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
