In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our user base through strategic EDM campaigns, engaging events, and innovative growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities 1. EDM Campaign Management: Develop and execute effective EDM strategies to drive user engagement and retention.
Design eye-catching email campaigns, leveraging personalization and segmentation.
Implement A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery.
2. Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate end-to-end logistics for live events to enhance brand visibility.
Create compelling event marketing materials and promotional content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless event experience.
3. User Growth Initiatives: Devise and implement strategies to attract and acquire new users.
Collaborate with product teams to optimize user onboarding experiences.
Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and user behavior patterns.
4. Content Creation: Generate creative content for EDM campaigns, event promotions, and user acquisition initiatives.
Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing materials.
Craft persuasive copy for EDMs, event invitations, and user-focused communications.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for EDM campaigns, events, and user growth initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the success of user acquisition efforts.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in EDM campaign management, event planning, and user growth strategies.
Proficient in email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
