User Researcher, the new breed of 'Market Researcher' in this digital era. Think of the digital products that you use everyday like Facebook, Twitter or an e-commerce site, user research plays an important role in studying your behaviour and improve your experience in using the products.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research/analysis. Qualitative research: user research, user testing, and focus group to uncover UX issues and understand user behaviour. Quantitative research: market survey, digital analytic & business analysis to reveal quantitative insights. Provide evidence-backed solutions for clients to improve business performance. Co-design and formulate commercially effective design strategy to clients. Facilitate training and workshop for clients or users. Setup and manage end-to-end remote usability testing project. Coordinate internal tester community activity and external testers for interview or testing session. Assist in project management and client account servicing. Support in business administrative operations. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Design/ Psychology/ Social Science/ Communication Studies or equivalent. Candidate must have the attitude of willing to learn because we are reinventing the conventional way of doing market research. Therefore, our team members are expected to learn new skills to execute a new project. 1-2 year experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Strong command in Mandarin and Cantonese is a must as your will be dealing with our client in Hong Kong and China. Tech Savvy.
