They are looking for Utility Section Manager with experience in utility operation, WWT and process exposure to ensure safe and smooth utility operation.**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Managing utility section, trouble shoot and rectify operation problem- Ensure smooth utility operation according to total quality, safety & Occupational and Environmental Management System- Manpower management, including develop skills & attitude and monitor the performance of the personnels.- Liaison with other section/ department related to utility section activities- Prepare monthly report and attend departmental monthly meeting for safety, maintenance and supervisor meeting**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- At least 7 years of working experience in manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years in Managerial roles, preferable from Polymer/ Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Oleochemical Plant and ISO Certified Manufacturing Company- Experience in operating and managing Plant Utilities and Effluent Treatment Plant- Knowledgeable in Fire Protection System & competencies in Environmental related field certified by EiMAS is preferred- Involvement in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is an added advantage- Possess good leadership skills, critical thinking skills and problem solving skills- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
