Ux Designer

User Experience Designer Responsibilities:
Define strategy, objectives and set the vision for the user experience.
Oversee multiple streams of work from insight and to strategy, to launch across all platforms and devices.
Ensure consistency across a variety of products and platforms in the end-to-end user experience.
Define and evangelize Flux's design language system throughout the organization.
Distill complex subscription logic and leverage data to create simple user experiences.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers and Content Strategists to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new features and services.
Ensure the quality of new releases meets the Flux standard.
