Job Description:Initiate improvement on tools to support working process/experience of Shopee BD team and Sellers viaNew feature requestFeature improvement requestExplore other markets/competitors and benchmark with current TH toolsHelp testing/ feedback to product team in UAT/Demo session and gather feedback from other BD usersGive input to Regional on new improvement, suggest feedback if feature doesn't match with current business need or doesn't work as expectedMonitor TH BD features request result and roll out new improvement to userRequirements:Bachelor/ Master Degree in business related fieldsStrong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all timesStrong quantitative and analytical skillsGood at execution and project managementStrong interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate with cross functional teamsExcellent communication capability in both Thai and EnglishDriven, self-managed, and self-initiatedGood team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
