Vacant Possession Executive (March Intake)

**Job Title: Vacant Possession Executive****Job Type**: Contract**Contract Length**: 9-6 monthsThe Vacant Possession Executive will be responsible for executing and managing the full vacant possession (VP) processes, encompassing preparation before VP to key collection. Key responsibilities include:- Execute and manage the complete vacant possession (VP) processes from preparation (before VP) to key collection.- Brief customers on the handover process, including the registration in the Handover Vacant Possession (VP) Apps, property handover, checklist, and the handover kit.- Attend to property owners for the vacant possession (VP) handover.- Coordinate defects rectification works to ensure timely resolution of filed defects.- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback in a tactful and timely manner.- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.**Job Requirements**:- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification.- Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia and decent interpersonal communication skills.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.- Availability to work on weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 9 months**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Vacant Possession: 1 year (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 03/15/2024
