Data Sourcing & Management:
Identify and source relevant real estate data from various internal and external sources.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Conduct data validation to ensure high-quality data is used for analysis and reporting.
Valuation Support:
Assist in the preparation of property valuations, including data collection, market research, and comparable analysis.
Support senior valuers and the valuation team in delivering high-quality valuation reports in accordance with industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the real estate market and valuation methodologies.
Report Writing:
Draft comprehensive research and valuation reports, including market analysis, property descriptions, and valuation findings.
Collaborate with the team to refine and improve report content, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Act as a point of contact for external partners, facilitating smooth communication and data exchange.
Coordinate with external research and data teams to acquire specific data sets and ensure timely delivery of data products.
Participate in meetings and discussions with external stakeholders to align on data requirements and deliverables.Administrative Support:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, Estate Management, or a related field.
Preferably 1 year of experience in valuation, real estate research, or data analysis.
