Valuation Executive

Minimum Qualifications
Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or a related field
Relevant experience is preferred
Tasks & Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and investigate factors affecting value
Prepare Valuation Reports
Comply with office administrative procedures
Ensure proper record of receiving in/out documents and correspondences
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
