About your role
To conduct inspection on vehicles in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
Verify vehicle identification and other vehicle information.
Conduct assessment of vehicle interior and exterior.
Verify odometer reading and engine condition.
Inspect vehicle equipment and options.
Verify and document damage and issues to the chassis, body and paint, engine, air conditioning, electronics, tyres etc.
Provide accurate and complete documentation for vehicle condition including taking photos.
Submitting the conditions report via computer or app.
Conduct mobile inspections according to schedule and set procedures.
Perform any duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum SPM; additional academic qualification or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
Experience in automotive industry as vehicle inspector, technician, mechanic or related roles.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair.
Familiarity with relevant safety and emissions standards and regulations.
Meticulous, attention to detail and strong observational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
