**Overview**:- rhi is recruiting for a- **Vendor Master Data** to join our Oil & Gas client's team in Kuala Lumpur. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of master data management processes and play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and consistency.- This is a contract role available for 9 months.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor and customer master data, adhering to SLAs.- Maintain data consistency and completeness in alignment with established standards.- Generate and analyze data performance reports for completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy.- Identify and implement process improvements for efficient master data management.- Track and resolve master data issues, escalating, when necessary, based on trigger points.- Contribute to continuous improvement in the data enrichment process for the Data sub-tower.- Monitor key quality measures regularly and report on data performance.- Address and improve defective trends or areas of weakness in the end-to-end process.- Collaborate cross-culturally and communicate effectively across different organizational levels.- Bring a resilient and collaborative approach to working in a multi-faceted environment, with shared service center experience preferred.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or finalist pursuing a professional accounting qualification.**About you**- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Vendor & Customer master data management process, control, and process improvement.- Must have process improvement experience.- Experience in JDE & Salesforce or other SAP is an added advantage.- Shared service center experience is preferred.- Experience working cross-culturally and in an international environment.- Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization.- Engaging and collaborative way of working.- Resilient and experienced in working in a multi-faceted environment.If you believe this opportunity is right for you, please click the '-**About rhi**rhi is a professional services provider with global expertise.
