Interact with the companies (CEO/Founder or a sustainability project manager) at going through the certification or re-certification process; providing quality customer service, and managing communications related to the standards and certification. Guide companies through the companies' legal framework and legal requirement for certification. Update records in real-time in the ESG assessment app and in Salesforce. Manage account pipeline and project timelines for 20+ companies each in the certification process. Provide concrete suggestions for companies to improve their ESG impact, when applicable. Provide basic technical support to companies using the ESG assessment online tool.
