Job DescriptionTo plan, develop, execute, monitor and continuously update breeder, hatchery or broiler flock health programs, vaccination/medication, farm bio-security guidelines, veterinary laboratory and flock health services and veterinary supplies management as well as execution of veterinary laboratory, farm veterinary SOPs and veterinary functions which range from diagnosis, clinical examination, pathology, sample collection, submission, veterinary prescription, updating skills and knowledge in veterinary medicine, liaison with veterinary authorities, customer services, and MyGAP requirements.
To plan, develop, execute, monitor, review (including audit and analysis) and continuously update of breeder or broiler or hatchery/flock health program (including explore new veterinary solution alternatives) and farm bio-security guidelines to ensure best practices leading to maximize health and production status and minimize disease exposure risk.
To plan, develop, execute, monitor, review (including audit and analysis) and continuously update flock health status, laboratory and flock health screening methods and execution of their respective SOPs.
To plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and continuously update of veterinary supplies management and execution of its SOPs to provide effective support to integration flock health program.
To be accountable for all fiscal functions related to veterinary medication, laboratory and store including asset management, expenditure monitoring, stock movement and sales documents.
To define and ensure Good Animal Husbandry Practice to MyGAP/Compartmentalization or to customer requirements on animal welfare, antimicrobial management and antimicrobial resistance and residues to optimize profitable and consistent breeder, broiler and hatchery management.
To work closely with appropriate local government authorities (DVS, DOE, JPS) and trade associations to ensure environmental and legal compliance, assisting farmers to achieve requirements for Kebenaran Merancang, Lesen Unggas, MyGAP or to other requirements.
To commit to staff organization and leadership in training, operations analysis and operational improvement.
To ensure best practices leading to maximize the flock/hatchery health status by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis and bio-security.
To support customers through technical advice in breeder/broiler bird health and management and hatchery management.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
