Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assist customers in improving animal health status and farm management practices, in line with best practices.
Respond rapidly to any customer enquiries and resolve complaints related to sub-standard performance, associated with diseases, management, environment or feed quality, speedily to their satisfaction.
Monitor and report to the company on feed performance and customers/market needs.
Maintain regular contacts with customers to ensure that there is continuous feedback about the feed quality and performance.
Assist in conducting and monitoring of field trials.
Assist in conducting training for other technical/field and sales staff.
Maintain a liaison with other company staff, particularly in relation to the development of sales and marketing plans.
Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry, competitors and market activities to ensure the company maintains its competitive position.
Any other task from time to time.
