The role summary:
As the Vice President of Branding, Digital Marketing & Customer Relationship Management, you will be reporting to the Senior Vice President. Your primary role will be developing and strategizing company branding and digital marketing, driving and executing the customer relationship management strategy, ensuring standards corporate materials are established across the group, and communicate effectively on the company brand. You will be acting as the main point of communication between the senior management, managers and internal team regarding marketing, sales and customer experience.
The Job Responsibilities:
Develop digital marketing strategies and roadmap to enhance the company brand and ensure brand standard consistency across all entities.
Analyse digital marketing trends and consumer behaviour, offering insights and make proposals that can impact monthly and annual marketing planning and budgets.
Supervise the marketing plans and campaigns to achieve optimal results.
Ensure excellency in all brands related materials and communicate effectively on brand standards information.
Continuing enhancing of brand strategies to meet with the revolving Group's target market.
Monitor, measure and analyse the effectiveness of database marketing through electronic direct mailers, short-messaging-service, mobile app push-notifications.
Drive and execute CRM strategy including journey management, email marketing and re-marketing practices.
Lead organizational efforts in defining marketing data needs and develop data models from various sources and channels (e.g., paid search, internal database, social, CRM) to support those needs.
Analyse the monthly report provided to provide support, insights on past performance and identify opportunity areas to all entities under the Group's belt.
Drive the A/B testing framework to develop best practice marketing and content guideline.
Ensure corporate governance and data compliance are met.
Lead and work closely with cross functioning team, not limiting to marketing, sales and customer experience, to set out the best strategies and practices in effective communication to external stakeholders on the Group products and services.
Planning and organizing the overall marketing efforts in promoting and establish the brand under the Group.
Understand and effectively managing the use of digital marketing tools to ensure the end goals are met.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent.
At least 12 years' experience with at least 5 years in industry, healthcare or digital-focused organization.
Strong in-depth knowledge with various digital marketing tools.
Strong communicating skills to ensure good relationship building between internal and external stakeholders.
Expert at data analysis and reporting (GA, SQL & Excel).
Experience with data visualization tools.
Understanding of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies and insight mining.
Hands-on and demonstrable experience in CRM, email marketing and segmentation.
Understanding of the consumer journey, LTV calculation and retention strategies.
Confident self-starter with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work independently.
