Manages the demand and delivery of business requests. Conduct prioritization and roadmap of all submitted business requests. Gather and understand business requirement of the new request. Perform impact analysis and effort analysis on new requests. Work with IT team to produce workable deliverable timeline. Project Management Responsible for the end-to-end project management process:
Initiation and Planning Identify key stakeholders to form a project team. Setup project steering committee and working committee. Assist with technical solution and business case. Develop SOW and review contract. Participate in contract / commercial / pricing negotiation. Initiate purchase requisition. Planning Determine the project approach, milestones and schedule. Develop detailed project work plan Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Management Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, issue management, and communication plans. Define and document testing strategy. Identify and source the required tools and resources. Define and document deployment strategy. Execution and Control Work with vendor and system analysts to collect business, functional and non-functional detailed requirements. Review all requirements to validate they are aligned to the project objectives and SOW. Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected stakeholders. Provide timely feedback to project resources on their deliverable quality. Conduct project kick off and regular project meetings to align project team to the long term, milestone and weekly goals. Prepare meeting agenda in advance and document thorough meeting minutes within the same day of meeting. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Manage relationships with all vendors and sub-contractors. Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions. Ensure all project gate documents, e.g. BRD, FSD, SIT, UAT, Closure, etc, are signed off by the corresponding stakeholders. Manage deployment planning and execution. Closure Plan and setup post live support and ensure it is operational. Organize and facilitate closure of project.
