Collaborate closely with country CPOs (Chief People Officers) and their teams to ensure efficient and effective HR services are delivered to employees, focusing on superior and impactful employee experience.
Identify weaknesses and areas for improvement in current processes and workflows, serving as the subject matter lead for HRSSC APAC on continuous improvement.
Act as the custodian of HR and payroll data, creating or supporting the creation of necessary HR reports, analytics, and profiles.
Oversee HRSSC APAC performance metrics and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
Support the development and application of HRSSC and HR guidelines, policies, processes, frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies.
Drive compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements through audits.
Facilitate annual external audits and support the preparation of the annual ESG Impact Report.Job Requirements:
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
At least 10 years in HR, with proven experience in HR operations and/or HR shared-services.
Self-motivated with a great sense of ownership, analytical, and data-oriented.
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); fluency in English is necessary, and fluency in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
Familiarity with MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
Experience in South-east and South Asia and CN regional exposure is a plus.
