About the Role:
The Vice President – Marketing role is responsible for supporting the drive for business growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective media planning while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What will you do:
Marketing Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members within the department, Retail Banking, Digital, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Media Planning and Execution:Develop and implement effective paid media plans to reach the target audience through the optimal channels, maximizing ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform media decisions and measure campaign success.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve business objectives.
Customer Acquisition and Engagement:Support customer acquisition and engagement activities through targeted marketing campaigns and innovative strategies.
Deepen customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with product and partnership teams to develop compelling offers and promotions.
Leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance customer experience and drive conversion.
Brand Building and Management:Support the department's activities to develop and maintain a strong brand identity.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets, including visual identity, messaging, and content.
Marketing Communications Support & Stakeholder Management:Provide marketing communications and strategic support to the Business divisions, branches, and integrated channels, including but not limited to: Advertising, Promotions, Media Planning, Event Management, Premium Item Selection and Procurement, Creative Production/Service Engagement.

Skills and experience you possess:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education level in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or any relevant field.
Possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar capacity at an FMCG company and/or marketing or advertising agency.
Adept at planning marketing activities on various channels, from digital paid ads to below-the-line communications materials to old-fashioned billboards (ATL, BTL and digital platforms).
Fluent and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English & Bahasa Melayu.
Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
