We seek a highly skilled and hands-on Vice President of Software Engineering to lead our engineering team. This role demands a balance of strategic oversight and active technical involvement in coding, architecture, and technology decision-making. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the software engineering department.

Lead efforts in cloud integration, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.

What you have Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS,,Google Cloud, Kubernetes), and microservices architectures.
Extensive experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in database design and management, distributed systems, and API development. Familiarity with PostgreSQL is desirable.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Flutter)
