Vice President, Sales - Kuala Lumpur - Hunters International Sdn BhdWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive growth and expansion in our SME financing business.
Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with our overall lending business objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify new market opportunities and potential risks for expansion in the lending sector.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with large organizations, SMEs, and other relevant stakeholders to expand our lending business's reach and enhance product offerings.
Evaluate and onboard new lending products and services to diversify our lending business portfolio.
Lead a high-performing business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Requirements:10-15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales management.
A strong track record of driving revenue through BD and partnerships (SMEs and B2B Accounts).
Minimum 3-5 years of high-performing team management experience.
Great negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in dealing with senior executives across business types and sizes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
