Job Description Key Responsibilities AGILE ENABLEMENT
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, iteration sizing & planning, retrospectives & demonstrations Collaborate with product managers, lead engineer to plan releases & ensure backlog maintenance Track teams velocity & plan accordingly Ensure delivery team is practicing scrum methodology & software engineering best practices Identify & remove any blockers that prevent delivery team from attaining iteration goals Report schedule progress, team status & issues to senior management AGILE COACH & ADVOCATE

Minimum 10 years project management in tech-related field Preferably Senior Executive specialised in IT / Computer - Software Engineering - Others or equivalent Preferred previous work background : IT / digital company Preferred previous work industry : Banks, financial services TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Expose to Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework & must be a certified Scrum Master, Experienced in Project Management, Certification in PM is an advantage Demonstrates good experience in people management & development, OOP & multithreading concepts, JAVA frameworks such as SPRING, Hibernate, EJB, Web Services, Swing, HTML5, JIRA PERSONAL SKILLS (SOFT COMPETENCIES)
